I’ll be the speaker at the Science on Screenⓡ screening of Coded Bias Tuesday, May 23 @ 7pm.

I’ll be talking about algorithmic bias in face recognition systems used in law enforcement and elsewhere. I’ll be focusing on developments over the past few years and ways we can think about and respond to them.
